Boris is very professional in what is he doing and also very knowledgeable.
He actually knew answers to all my questions and I had quite a difficult case with re-arranging the mortgage due to divorce in another country. He was in touch with the bank add helped out to arrange all properly and on time despite of difficulties and time pressure.
He also can advise you from expat perspective, using very good English and knowing also a lot about taxes.
If there was anything extra he was also very precise when providing answers via email. It was also during pandemic and holidays times, all wen easy and smooth.
In case of Boris absence other colleagues were picking up the case to speed up the complicated process so I', very gratefull for their professionalism and I can fully recommend them.
