Rik did his best to help us to buy a new home. At the first introduction meeting, he explained in detail the whole purchase procedure, already showed which strategies can we use when appling for the mortgage, and demonstrated high professionalism at the whole from the begining.
As a non-dutch speaker we had some problems interpreting some parts of the contracts. Rik always was ready to explain them and also suggest the best option for our situation. Together we discussed the mortgage agreement and the purchase agreement, where he highlighted the points we should be careful about.
