I had got into touch with Rik once I had won the bid for a house and was clueless in the steps further, then I had contacted Rik through a reference and he quickly pitched in and was always available with prompt response and helping with the information required and suggesting the best possible mortgage options as well as helping with the other steps such as notary,..

I strongly recommend Rik for anyone who is looking to buy a house in near future.
