All the communication with the Hypotheekshop was quite clear and easy. My advisor gave me detailed answers to all the questions I had during the process. I was also always kept up to date on the state of the process and the next steps.
Maybe one thing to note was that on the first appointment (which was by video call) there was no option to turn on my microphone. I could hear the advisor but she couldn't hear me. Therefore we ended up calling by phone in order to hear each other. This seemed to be a fault of the system and not an issue with my device.
