He's knowledgeable and good at his work. Very accurate on the technical side of things and well aware of the law.
However, it would be great if he could improve his communication, more responsive & a bit more "commercial-minded" in his wording so to speak, it might come across as rude sometimes when the stress kicks in and the client just wants something to ease their worry, this could also be due to the difference in languages. I was only talking to him in English and maybe it wouldn't appear so in Dutch.
