I recently bought an apartment and used Somers as an advisor. He proved to be the best possible person for that role! Somers put tremendous efforts to ensure that he finds the optimal mortgage conditions. Further, he prepared all the necessary documentation, making the application process an easy going and smooth experience. Even tough I am not fully familiar with the Dutch rules and regulations I faced no problems throughout the process since the advisor did most of the communication and preparation on my behalf.
All in all, Somers offers a great service at a competitive price.
