I came to know Gerlof Dee recommended by a friend of mine, he was Albanian, without a european passport, still without a permanent contract, only with a letter of intention from the his employer but still he was able to buy a house in Rotterdam, after 7 months living in The Netherlands. So I got to know him, he showed me what kind of process I would expect here to buy a house, all the information possible so that I could navigate in Funda with a better understanding of my possibilities. After I had choosen a house to bid, I was able to spare 5-10k euros in overbid because he got to contact the agent of the house that I was interested and he came to the hint that it would not be needed to do that. After winning the bid, a long process to get the mortgage awaited us, it was a kind of holiday house, so he already knew that only one bank would be able to offer a loan, so also in that step it was a good moove because we didnt waste energies with other banks. I can personnaly recommend because he has taken care of my mortgage process with the utmost care.
