Being a foreigner, we managed communication in English which was seamless. Alberto is very knowledgeable with different mortgage options, supported with practicalities beyond strictly the mortgage application and was always available in case of questions. As a result, I feel pretty comfortable with the mortgage choice I made based on his guidance and I reckon we concluded the process in record short time. Bedankt Alberto!
