We were very happy with the help we got from V&W. This is our first home purchase, and as expats we did not know the Dutch system. V&W always took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we felt comfortable with the process. We interacted with a few people at V&W for questions (both emailing and sometimes coming into the office just for a quick question)- everyone was very attentive and helpful. It always felt like they had time for us. Plus, whenever we emailed or called with questions, we heard back very quickly. This made the process so helpful and easy.
