John has been a great advisor throughout the process. The information he provided in our introduction meeting helped me adjust the criteria for my house search particularly in terms of sustainability and he was always very accessible for my questions. Applying for a mortgage felt like a very overwhelming process in the beginning, but John made it much simpler and easier for me, I am truly thankful.
