John as well as the other personnel of Hypotheekshop Leiden Oost have made our beaurocratic journey to purchasing our dream home and securing the mortgage with best available conditions as smooth as possible. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the result as well as consultations provided in the meantime - everybody made sure that we were well-informed about the on-going process, the documents that were required to be obtained for moving further in a timely manner, the conditions applicable to our personal situation etc. This resulted in the feeling of safety that is so important for us as a young family just starting out in this unprecedented world.
