From the moment we met John, both my husband and myself felt at ease. It did not feel like John was selling us something or encouraging us down a certain line. He seem extremely knowledgeable about the market and was able to advise us, providing a range of different options for a number of different scenarios. We met with him on more than one occasion, but in between appointments he was readily contactable; particularly prior to us placing offers on potential properties. When we had an offer accepted, John quickly sorted out everything we needed in order to have a mortgage accepted and was able to advise us on insurances. Following his advice we were able to get an excellent interest rate before they started to increase with a reputable company. I would definitely recommend his services to friends and would use him again in the future is the need arose.
