Overall, my experience with the Klass was extremely positive. I would recommend him to anyone. I personally talked to three different advisors before I chose Klaas for his professionalism and authenticity. With just one proper appointment, I understood clearly on what I could expect from him and what role I play as a client. He is a very good communicator in giving a clear, logical advice that is best for your needs. But the most special thing about Klaas as an advisor was that he would really go extra mile for you. Specific example would be that he went on persuading ABN that my case would be valid although they were initially not so keen on providing mortgage for the house. But because we both knew ABN would give the best deal, he continued connecting with ABN. Eventually, his effort really led to an exceptional result that I had not expected. For this, if I could I would give 6 out of 5 stars.
