He asked very relevant questions and made clear exactly what information he needed from us in order to give us the best possible retirement advice. Having provided these documents, he very quickly gathered additional information on our behalf from various financial institutions and then provided an in-depth analysis of our situation. In a follow-up meeting he made clear what our options were and what would be the consequences of our choices. He then advised on the various components of our financial circumstances and advised us on how best to implement each of the various options.
