Wij zijn door zowel Albert als het kantoor goed op de hoogte gehouden over de huidige stand van zaken.

Lukas gaf ons meteen het gevoel ons te willen helpen en er echt te zijn voor ons. We hebben een vervelende situatie gehad met de vorige hypotheekadviseur en Lukas heeft veel kennis en kunde en hij is door het vuur gegaan om ons te helpen.
Maar ook de samenwerking met de makelaar en dat het echt teambroed aangepakt is maakt dat we heel veel vertrouwen hebben in Lukas en zijn team.

Ondanks dat ik niet meer in Nieuw Vennep (of in de buurt) woon, toch weer gekozen om de hele gang van zaken via Albert te regelen. Alles is goed uitgelegd, communicatie was goed, altijd goed bereikbaar. Geen gezeur, gewoon doen wat er moet gebeuren. Alles ging soepel en snel en er wordt veel uit handen genomen.
