I was a total newbie in this domain and De Hypotheekshop Nieuw Vennep was recommended to me by my real estate agent. What a pleasure it was working with them. Very prompt and proactive. Proactiveness is something I seek when I engage with service providers and they hit it out of the park. Albert (and his colleagues Natasja and Stephanie) were very clear with scheduling, what was needed from me and when, and were always reachable. Albert helped me understand the plethora of options when it came to planning out the mortgage - about energy labels, types of mortgage payments, automatic vs manual level adjustments, and so on. I felt well informed to make an informed decision whilst not being an expert myself. We also covered insurance for my home and other aspects. Extremely happy to the point where I want to re-engage with them to tweak my mortgage to do some home renovation soon and I find myself anticipating that day :)
