during 2 hour face-2-face meeting, we discussed my remaining 10 years mortgage repayments, and advice was to re-mortgage, based on a graph drawn hastily by the advisor on a piece of paper. You have to sign a contract for them to provide an automatically generated pension plan - which i didnt ask for. Then you get a bill for 2500,- and a message from my mortgage company that a request has been made to change my mortgage.
Based on the detailed plan which i received after the appointment, my conclusion was that i would be 45kE worse off by following their advice. So I cancelled ... now they send me a bill for 1250,- to pay for this poor advice they provided and the change request to my mortgage company.
Any reputable company would have made a proposal and asked for feedback first before anything needs to be signed ... and I didnt ask for an automatically-generated pension plan - i asked for a re-mortgage.

Dank u wel voor het delen van uw ervaring met ons. We vinden het spijtig dat u ontevreden bent over de ontvangen dienstverlening en de facturatie die hierop volgde.
Om uw zaak nauwkeurig te kunnen onderzoeken en begrijpen, zouden we graag meer gedetailleerde informatie ontvangen over de specifieke werkzaamheden die zijn verricht en de reden achter de verzonden factuur.
