This is the second time i take an hypotheek with the advisor and the process couldn't be better. She is really very experience adviseur not only regarding hypotheek, but also in other areas involving with the house market. This second hypotheek had included an overbrugging hypotheek and a bank garantie, and she manages this exceptionally. She handles, not only search for the best hypotheek conditions for each person, but also manages to look for a notary, she makes the appointment with it and inform every party into the process, she looks for your health insurance and any other necessary documents. She always kept me update with any thing during the hypotheek process, via email an of course via phone call. I strongly recommend the advisor in order to get an hypotheek, she is as i said a very expereince adviseur, friendly, comprensible, etc. Btw, she speaks perfect English and of course Dutch and she will never forget to offer you a very nice coffee :)
