Wanted to overbid on the house I'm buying and Ramon kept me from bidding more than needed. He managed the timings, and the Seller's broker nicely. He also provided everything and I didn't have to do anything except find a place that looked interesting to me, show it to him and ask for advise. He Advised about the market and houses during the whole process.
