He is really helpful during all the mortgage processes. Even though we had no time during working hours, he tried to arrange meetings from his personal time. He is always available when we have question about paperworks.
In addition, he helped us choosing best mortgage option and providers. He gave us some really important informations before choosing a bank. He offered us different packages of bank (different paying options, extra money for renew or insulation of the house).
We are really grateful to work with him. All process was really smooth and quicker than we expected.
