Thank you Hypotheek Vitaal and especially Chee to help us winning a bid finally! After a few months trying to find a place ourselves, we got referred to Chee by a friend. We didn’t sign with a makelaar before as they are usually focused on one city, and we were searching in different locations. With Chee we were able to keep this flexibility. Also, the option to bid without financial conditions increased the chances of winning significantly. Once we viewed a place and wanted to bid, Chee was very helpful with great market insights, his network and general advice on how to have a stronger bid. We can definitely recommend working with him.
