The process of buying a property for the first time can be dawnting and stressful especially in our situation with both of us not speaking / understanding a word in Dutch! I can honestly say that Osman did a great job and made the process just what it should be, a big and exciting milestone. Osman was extremely knowledgeable about our type of situation (expats), which banks would lend to us, and which banks would have faster turnaround times. We ended up getting a great rate and he was able to help us get final approval from the bank on a very short timeframe once we made the offer on a property. We would absolutely work with Osman and Yilmaz Financieel Adviescentrum again the next time we buy!
