No go for expats
I'd never thought that I had so much stress to buy a house.
Wrong calculations (e.g not able to calculate a offer for 10 years or 20 years period with different scenarios), not familiar with expat typical problems. For e.g I had extra travel costs to get all documents done (asked before what do I need, answer I do not know, so why should I use this service). I really miss the services from home, next time I do it on my own.
In my opinion only interested in getting money. If you want to safe money do it your own
