I am an expat coming out of England buying our first home. Following discussion with the estate agent they recommended Buro SEB to us as they provide an excellent service. The service he offered fulfilled all of our needs and reduced the turnaround time by about 4 weeks compared to the bank. This included setting up the mortgage and all necessary insurances.
Since we decided to go with Buro SEB we have been 100% satisfied with the service received. As they are a smaller company compared to a bank, you receive a lot more personal attention and you don’t just feel like another applicant. The advisor has maintained regular contact and kept things moving along as fast as possible. He made what would normally be a stressful process very easy. They have very competitive rates and i would highly recommend their service to anybody buying a house.
