I had a water leakage in my kitchen and I dropped a note to my insurance advisor team. Jori responded immediately and helped me throughout till the issue is fully closed (just a small thing is pending, but will be arranged soon). He has been very patient in listening to the concerns and guided in right way. Would be happy to associate with him again!
