Clear and very helpful
Buying a house is not an easy process and if you don't speak dutch is a nightmare. I got to the advisor after meeting several advisors and he was by far the best one. He took a lot of time to explain everything, point by point, being sure I understood everything. He (and **** in a later point) took care of everything for me and kept me posted of everything was going on day by day. If I buy another house, I would definitely will go back to them.
