On two occasions Frans came through for me in a very short timeframe. The first occasion, I needed advise on how well I could qualify for a mortgage so that I could make an offer with no conditions. He was able to assess my situation and advise me within a couple of days. The second occasion, I needed an actual mortgage in a very short timeframe, less than 6 weeks, so that I could hit my target move in date. Even my makelaar didn't think it would be possible to secure a mortgage so quickly, but Frans came through for me.
On top of all that, he was very patient and took the time to explain to me how the process works here in NL and went over the details I didn't understand.
