I didn't like the overall process,I am an Expat and I am not familiar with the Dutch mortgage lows and the advertise themselves to have a program for Expats which is not true and not at all helpful, they are not proactive and you have to take initiative to ask question about the process and what u need and what not.
I got the mortgage at the end and it was a painful experience and I don't recommend it to any other Expat.
