I give a score of 5 to my mortgage advisor. The reason is that he initially presented me with an overview of all my options in terms of mortgages with different banks/financial institutions + the pros/cons of each and once I chose the mortgage that most suited me, he then supported with throughout the whole process of acquiring the mortgage. He went above and beyond to help with acquiring some paperwork which was my responsibility but due to the lack of Dutch language, Robert jumped in and assisted me.

Robert was very helpful throughout our mortgage application. He quickly understood our situation and goals, provided different financing solutions that could fit those, and proactively provided advice on a number of topics. He explained several alternatives, helped us navigate the Dutch systems (definitely a plus for internationals like us), and was always available for additional questions.

The reaction time of Robert was always very quick. Each time we spoke I felt like I was getting a good picture of the best opportunities for my personal situation.
