Extremely helpful, responded fast and was on top of everything. Very good during the bidding process, and had a very smart strategy that got us the house much cheaper.
Ferdinand researched the property and the true house prices before the viewings, came with us to the viewings and gave very insightful advise and tips. We also never felt at a disadvantage for not speaking Dutch. Ferdinand helped us with everything house related, even recommended some builders.
On top of that, the fee of Cournot Adviseurs is extremely affordable, especially in comparison to an average makelaar fee.
We have already recommended him to our closest friends, as we believe we got the best deal and experience of buying the house thanks to Ferdinand.
