I have provided my score for the following reasons :
I am from the UK and had recently relocated to The Netherlands with my wife and 18 month old boy. We was renting a house in Barrn Which only had a contract for 10 months so we decided to try and buy a property.
Having absolute zero knowledge of the way it works here in The Netherlands we were very unsure about the decision we had made. Having my first meeting with Norbert he completely reassured me and went into server depth on the process and what we needed to do.
From the start of the meeting Norbert was so friendly and knowledgeable. I feel we bonded straight away and he made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything and constantly had answers all the the questions I had. The advice given was incredible. Norbert and also Mijam van der putten-Horak were always available to answer the phone or email me straight back to any query that I had, always being so positive. I never felt like I was sat waiting for a response or feeling uncomfortable at any point during this process. I truly feel like they both went completely above and beyond to help me and my family purchase our home here in The Netherlands. Thank you.
