I had a pleasure working with Milja for 2 house proposals. 1 didn't go through but the 2nd one did. She has been responsive to all my call, emails and messages any time of the day. I had quite lot of queries since it was my first house and Milja made sure I understand each and every process thoroughly. As a person she's comforting when things don't go as expected and she handles things very smoothly which helped me a lot. I had some issues with my wife's document and she arranged those contacting her work place within no time. Only reason for me to give a 4 was I think in my opinion we did a overbid for the house. More research could have been done easily based on the history of the house and nearby houses which could have saved a lot but at the end we have a house now. All the paper work were handled smoothly without much trouble. I would give 5 out of 5 for the communication. Even if anytime she was busy she'll make sure to respond you back at the earliest.
