I highly recommend Mr. ******** from AdviesNet Noord Nederland, who has helped us with a very diverse and complicated mortgage transaction.
We started this procedure in August 2010 and from the onset there were several issues to be solved which seemed to complicate what could have been a straight forward transaction.
For instance, I work for an international organisation based in France which follows a different work bureaucracy than in Holland. A lot of official documentation had to be asked for from my employer and translated from French so as to be accepted by the Dutch Mortgage providers (in this case ING).
Once the file was ready for processing, problems arose concerning the mortgage. For instance debts from the previous owner. Mr. ******* had to work harder and research further within the legal system in order to tie up loose ends. Without Mr. ****** hard work and perceverance, we would not have succeeded.
