We contacted Roland as we were looking for mortgage to buy a house. Since this was our first house to buy, we were not very experienced about how to get a mortgage, what are the conditions and so on. In this regard, Roland was very helpful and supportive in finding a mortgage for us. We had several meetings where Roland has taken time for us to discuss our issues and to answer all our questions. Moreover, Roland worked very fast and efficient, e.g., if a document was missing he immediately sent us an email and asked for it. Overall, we were very satisfied with him and have not regretted our choice and the spent money.

There was only one minor critique. In case you cannot understand/speak Dutch, Roland might be not the best choice due to a language barrier, particulalry, in personal conversations. More than that, we have nothing to criticize.
