The mortgage adviser was always professional, kind and available. On the first meeting, he gave us a nice overview of what he could do for us and, after that, he was always ready to answer emails or phone calls in order to clarify our doubts. Furthermore, he was also available for suggestions that are not necessarily part of his tasks.
