Jerry is 100% the ultimate 'star'. He is totally reliable; professional; courteous; he responds to emails quickly, more or less on the same day given we have a time difference between the UK and the NL, and he is always willing to help and negotiate for deals on our behalf. Any query we present to Jerry he goes away and comes back with a validated answer; he goes above and beyond and provides a service which we are grateful for. We often receive paperwork from our insurer in the Dutch language which Jerry translates for us into English so that we know what we are dealing with and the reason for paying it.
