Professional service with personalized approach
An office colleague referred to us this consultancy and I couldn't be more grateful. First we arranged a telephone interview in which the most important points for our case were discussed. The consultant was very knowledgeable, always professional and friendly. Uploading documents to an online document repository is very useful, user friendly and much better than sending endless emails with the attachments. Our mortgage adviser was always available and quick in answering all of our questions. During our face-to-face meetings everything went smoothly and without stressful situations although the amount of information to process can be challenging sometimes. But our adviser was patient and explained everything multiple times until we were on the level where a quality decision could be made. The fact that we are expats never posed a problem.
