Marjan Marsman was the best hypotheekadviseur that we could have dreamed of. Our employer could not give us the standard documents (intention statement) needed for a mortgage. Marjan was extremely transparent with us about the possible scenarios and used her extensive experience and knowledge to find the best possibilities for us. She was extremely proactive and communicated with us clearly and continuously throughout this process. This open communication line was very important to us, because we had limited time to ensure that we could get the house, and so we were under quite a lot of stress. Knowing what was happening at each point was very reassuring. A big plus, Marjan is so much fun! We are very happy that we met her. Also, Daleman and De Jong are also helping us with home/life/car insurance, and will help us with the taxes related to the house, etc. It is great to arrange for all of this in the same place, and everyone has been very kind!
