Tom helped us with every step and beyond, being very patient with all of our questions, and even assisted us with the real estate agent when things got complicated. He was very understanding with our situations and he was thinking in a better way for us on various aspects and presented the possible options of choosing the mortgage options and others for us and let us decide on. Also assisted with home insurance in a good way. Excellent service for a great price, totally worth it!
