Excellent communication skills. I was able to understand each and everything about the finances involved and the mortgage. I had multiple questions in last 3 months and Tom was really patient and gave answers in a very understandable manner. Fee structure is clear and Tom was really cooperative and quick in talking to the mortgage company and in arranging the mortgage. The tool used to explain the structure and eligibility of the mortgage was very clear and to the point. I gained a lot of knowledge about the mortgage and buying process. Tom also refereed me to the insurance department and I had an excellent discussion over there as well with Iris. Overall I am really happy with Tom and EFA. I would recommend EFA to everyone who talks to me about mortgages and financial advices.
