Despite living in the Netherlands for a number of years my Dutch is not as good as it should be, so please accept my apologies for writing in English. Perhaps this review will help other buitenlanders...
The adviser is a great adviser and he and his team go out of their way to make it as easy as possible to arrange a mortgage and all of the peripherals required to purchase a house in the Netherlands. He is willing to communicate in English, which makes the process far easier if you don't know a lot of "technical" dutch. He has helped me purchase two houses in the Netherlands and in both cases the process was remarkably smooth.
