We have been very happy with Rick who gives full attention to his clients and is able to explain everything very clearly. He also pays attention to detail and in the past was able to point out mistakes of other agents we were working with when purchasing a house. He is very reliable and always responsive, no matter how simple or small your question. He looks very carefully at various scenarios. We have been working with him for many years and recommended him to our friends without any doubt! Rick is a superb advisor.
