The process has been lengthy and quite exhausting. Due to our limited Dutch proficiency, we often had to translate documents ourselves, and the explanations provided by the consultant were often vague in response to our specific inquiries, leaving us frequently uncertain. It also happened that the documents were not even checked by our advisor and we had to find out mistakes ourselves...Despite these challenges, we were able to secure the mortgage and purchase the house. Additionally, the consultant handled our tax return for the year 2022. To our dismay, we discovered that despite being aware of all our finances and contracts, our advisot did not include the ground lease in our tax return, resulting in a significantly lower sum for us to receive. Fortunately, our new consultant rectified this oversight, allowing us to recover the omitted amount. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this consultant to others.
