The first video call was good and clear. When my case went to the back office, I had the feeling to be just "copy & paste"- customer. However, the mortgage was handled very fast, nothing to say. The rounding of my case I did not find very clear, as I did not receive any message when my other credits were handled off. I got the bill upfront before everything was handled. It would have been nice to see all put together when receiving the bill.
