From the moment of the first orientation meeting Pascal has communicated in a clear, timely and professional manner. I received a chance through the "Slimmerkopen" project to buy a property. So, one lucky chance to gain living stability and get on the property ladder. I have found that being a foreigner here can feel more venerable with regards to stable and affordable accommodation. I work here as a physiotherapist with a variable salary which is notoriously difficult to secure a mortgage with a good bank and a low interest rate.

I felt like Pascal really understood my personal situation and how important this was to me. He explained the steps, answered all questions and worked with diligence from the begining. During the application we had difficulties which my payslips and my employer. Pascal had contact with my employer on several occasions to deliver concrete instructions on what was required (something which I personally struggle with). Long story short the mortgage application was successful and completed within the required timeframe. The process was efficient, less stressful than imagined and i am very happy with the results.
