Overall, we had a positive experience obtaining our mortgage approval with the help of Danny. He has always been patient with us and willing to explain new concepts. He treated us with respect, and always took our concerns seriously. We did indeed have some exceptional needs, of which he always offered solutions, and he was always willing to explain things in English for Amy (who does not yet master the Dutch language). Danny was also always very approachable, and we never felt that we were a “burden” to him, in fact, the opposite. He was very proactive when it was determined that we needed a different lender, and he already had an acceptable one lined up immediately. He was very professional with a clear knowledge and expertise in his field, but above all, he was kind and worked very hard to help us in the process of obtaining our dream home.
