The consultant has given me excellent advice over a the past few years that I have known him.
He is a good listener, a very personable character and very professional in his approach.
Questions outside his territory (those he could not give an answer himself) were always quickly solved by finding the right expertise within the bank.
He is also pro-active and will ring me when he sees an opportunity he thinks could be helpful.
