Mike is very professional, responsive and easy to work with.This is our first home and first time experiencing the mortgage process, yet Mike is very patient and explained all details with his expert knowledge and skills. I highly appreciated and highly evaluated Mike's customer-orientation mindset.This not only made the whole process done smoothly, but also make us feel comfortable working with him. We fully trust Mike would handle our case well and he did it. There are many 'good' services in the NL, but not all will show a real care to clients. Yet, working with Mike, it's 10/10!
