The advisor and Het Financial Huis was extremely helpful in the mortgage procedure. As an expat buying a house, their service really helps people from abroad by going through the financial matters and taking a great personal interest. As an expat from India working in The Netherlands for a Multinational company, I found the service to be of a great help and even though I went through 3 mortgage applications and scenarios, I did not have to face a lot of stress because I could rely on someone else's expertise. There is in detail explanation about the mortgage scenarios and cases and how to arrange other financial affairs. And the advisor was always available (phone/email) to answer my queries and go through the documents that I received.
