Erik was empathic and clear in his advice to me. He was able to explain the process well and was patient in handling my questions and open to my suggestions. I would recommend Erik to anyone who needs the process explained well and broken down for those of us us are not entirely comfortable with dealing with numbers and calculations. The fact that this could be done in English was an extra bonus.
